Using this site

This page describes the network, what it costs to write for our titles, and links out to each one. Read it, share it, quote it with attribution and a link. Do not scrape it or pass our work off as your own.

Our titles

Each title we publish is run independently, with its own editor and its own terms for readers and contributors of that title. These terms cover this site only. London Daily News is a separate business, run under its own company — its terms are its own.

Contributor subscriptions

A subscription bought through this site renews until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe — your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.

Free articles and press releases

These are not sold through this site. They are read by an editor on the title you are submitting to before anything is charged or published, and publication is never guaranteed.

What we do not promise

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it is always either. Where something is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Ending it

We can suspend or close a subscription that breaks these terms. You can close yours at any time.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
